No, you would be filling out an Amendment (TXR-1903). Select option 4 and enter the amount.
Make sure the amount does not surpass the limits for Buyer’s loan type with their down payment amount.
Also, remember that Seller Concessions can only be applied to closing costs and fees.
If the amount of Seller Concessions exceeds those costs and fees, Buyer does not get to keep the rest, it gets forfeited.
If you decided that you wanted Seller to fix something prior to closing, that would be option 2 on the Amendment and then you write in the specific request.
