Our Facebook Group is the top of our funnel. It is where we can talk to potential clients, share information and give value, ultimately resulting in sales

Youtube is much like the podcast but with the goal to send people into our facebook group and even follow us on platforms such as facebook
Increase Personal Brand Engagment
Misty and I are building a brand. That brand is about making us the experts in what we do and sharing our story so ultimately we can help other do the same with real estate investing
Target market
Our target market are established adult who are in their 30’s and older. These adults typically have a home to sell or are looking to buy. they are also more likely to start retirement planning. Looking to build retirement through an alternative investment other than stocks or mutual funds. Our target market is primarily the generation that grew up on facebook. Although they are on other platforms we can target them there as well repurposing the content.
Our favorite clients to work with are older people, Misty and I seem to work even better with people who are many years our senior, in there 50’s and 60’s. That age group makes for a great target of raising capital through private investors and even selling their home due to downsizing.

The real estate investing is comprised of two main areas, The facebook group and podcast. They go hand and hand.
Facebook Group
The real estate investing group is built to help bring real estate clients, some are for helping people buy or sell a house and the other type of clients we are working to build from the group is investor clients. People who want to invest in real estate passively. In the eyes of the consumer we are building the brand as an expert in real estate investing. Our goal with the group is to give value to the followers so that they will not only engage but ultimate send us a direct message asking for advise or help in one of those areas.
Our brokerage goes hand and hand with the investing group because our circle of influence is within that group. As long as the content is consistent with the right message the clients will show. it has been proven but has to stay consistent.

Podcast
Our goal with the podcast is to be in someones ear, on their morning drive to work or any other time during the day. When they learn something they become connected, reinforcing to them that we are “The Experts”
The podcast is on iTunes, Spotify, Audible, & Google Podcasts. It is hosted by spreaker so there is not a need to manage all of those. Once it is uploaded to spreaker’s hosting it is automatically available to listen to on the other platforms. We film the podcast so they can be loaded on youtube but also so that we can create more content to share and help spread the podcast popularity.
