I am helping a family member buy or sell a home. When must I and how do I disclose we are related?

For a Listing, disclose it in the listing in the Private Remarks so that when the Buyer’s Agent types up a contract, they will know to put it in there.

For a Purchase, you would enter it in the contract in section 8A.
