How long do I have after completing the Listing Agreement to get the property listed on the MLS?

6.A.1.a. of the Listing Agreement specifies that the property will be filed with the MLS within 5 days after the listing date on the Listing Agreement.

If there is going to be a delay due to the property not being ready or the client wants it marketed after a particular future date, utilize option 6.A.1.b. on the Listing Agreement and list the reason why.
