Application deposits will be non-refundable if applicant(s) fails to move in or withdraws their application.
1. A separate rental application must be fully completed, dated and signed by each applicant and all co-applicants of the age of 18 years or older.
2. The rental application will be reviewed when submitted to ensure we have all information needed to determine your eligibility.
3. Each applicant must provide government photo identification for identification verification purposes.
4. Employment and monthly income must be verifiable. Total monthly income of all applicants must be at least 3x times the monthly rent. Otherwise, a guarantor is necessary.
5. Applicants who are first-time renters or who do not have sufficient income under paragraph 4 above, may qualify by having the lease guaranteed by a guarantor. The guarantor must have a gross income of at least 5x times the monthly rent and must meet all other qualifying criteria. The guarantor must complete and sign a lease guaranty agreement. Guarantors may be held responsible for the entire rent and other costs, such as damages, even if there are roommates. 6. There are a maximum number of occupants for related (Familial) and unrelated adult status in each floor plan that cannot be exceeded at any time during the lease holder (s) residency.
Application Process:
Non-Refundable Application Fee is $69.00 for every applicant 18 and older and is paid online.

Once received, each applicant will receive an email from TransUnion SmartMove where they will verify their identity and approve for their credit and background reports to be sent to Story Property Management. Admin Fee of $150 for this property paid only after approval of application.
